If the product fails, say so.

This is a one-time digital report, not a subscription.

Before a report is generated

Ask for a full refund if you bought by mistake or cannot supply a valid Colorado property address or coordinates.

After a report is generated

Ask within seven days if the report page did not deliver the product described, the same order was charged twice, or a system error kept the packet from opening after retrying. A search that returns no nearby well records is still a completed records result and is not, by itself, a product failure.

How to ask

Email hello@theboringthing.com from the checkout email. State the problem. Do not send card or bank information. Approved refunds go back through Stripe to the original payment method.
