What happens to your information.

Payment and property input

Stripe handles payment and collects your email plus the Colorado property address or coordinates you enter in the checkout field. We do not receive your full card number.

Building the report

The report service sends the property address to the U.S. Census Bureau's public geocoder when coordinates are not supplied. It then sends coordinates and a five-mile search radius to Colorado's public Well Application/Permit dataset. Those public services receive the technical request needed to answer the search.

What we keep

Stripe keeps the checkout record under its own terms. Our fulfillment ledger keeps the Stripe session reference, buyer email, and delivery time so the report link is sent once and failed delivery can be found. The report itself is built when the private link is opened; we do not build a public property profile from your purchase.

Email

Resend delivers the private report link. We use the checkout email for the purchase and support, not an unrelated mailing list.

Public links

The report links to public Colorado records. Following one takes you to the state site under its own privacy rules.
